Estimating Administrator - Precast

Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Obtains, prepares, reviews and submits bid documents

• Basic project take-off’s

• Maintains and distributes bid lists and results.

• Organizes and distributes correspondence, addendums and quotes as needed.

• Communicate with Customers

• Other duty requests as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED.

· 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, independent environment.

· Proven abilityto perform multiple tasks and within stated deadlines.

· Demonstrate ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.

· Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.

· Exhibit profound attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Experience with office software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc. a plus.

· Construction industry experience preferred.

Compensation:

Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.

Hourly Wage

18.00 - 25.00

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
